When you cast this spell, you make arrangements to cast other spells without drawing attention to yourself. That ist, you appear to be standing motionless, without speaking, when other spells are cast. As a result you can make even wild gestures and use booming voice without calling attention to yourself. The spell can also be used to pick pockets or so without being seen or heard. Note you cannot travel auround, just move your body on the spot.
